This is a true-bypass double looper, from Looperwerk. Very high quality, both for the looper channels and the switches. Passive design, 100% true bypass and not coloring any any way when a channel isn't engaged.
Needs power for the LEDs.
This is handmade in Germany.
This is a similar model to the current production one, the difference are the input/outputs which are positioned in the sides and not on top:
