Check my 100 % feddback history (all for vintage mics) and buy with confidence.

Mint and working perfectly with full spectrum sound - full basses, excelent top! Including original hard BOX!

The AKG D19 in general is one of the most famous mics ever. It was made in 60´s and used by many musicians like Beatles, Jimmy Hendrix and even Frank Sinatra!

This AKG D19 has DIN output connector. DIN to XLR adapter available for +18 euros (useful for many other vintage Europian mics).

Great for lead and backing vox as well as drum O/H, snare, toms and many many more. The D19 was used as a general purpose mic at Abbey Road and was often used on piano and acoustic guitar when a bright sound was needed.
You see optical condition on photos - very nice! And what is more important it sounds amazing with nice top and great bass!
Some comments from the web:
"Did a number of orchestral accompanied records. After deploying my 2 U47's & 2 C37's; I would use the D19's for strings, horns & some percussion as needed. I have tape from that time that still has killer sounding chimes thru a D19.
I completly love this mike - it's a great alternative dynamic for vocals - just try it. It has just such a nice open top end for a non condensor. ... Check it out against a U87 and cry!
I personally love this mic to death on acoustic guitar. Sounds so natural.
The Beatles used an D19 on Acoustic Guitar for ther recording of Hey Jude."

You may have a fully functional mic and a collectors piece at once. It´s price can go only higher through the years so it is a good investment, too!
I collect old mics so swap for some other interesting old microphone or parts welcomed.
