Here for sale we have a PRS Tremonti Electric Guitar in Fire Red Burst finish. Made in the USA in 2016 this guitar features a set-neck construction consisting of a Mahogany body with Flame Maple top, Mahogany neck and 22 fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include PRS machined Tremolo and PRS Phase III locking tuning machines. A pair of PRS Tremonti Treble and Bass Humbucking pickups are fitted and wired to a 3-way pickup selector and independent volume and tone controls. 

The Mahogany neck sits comfortably in the hand, with the gloss finish to the rear allowing for fluid movement and ergonomic thumb placement up and down the neck. The Rosewood fingerboard is pleasant under the fingers and with its 10" radius offers a nice balance between vintage feel and practicality for string bending. The Medium Jumbo frets provide a rock-solid playing experience whilst also enhancing string bending and vibrato techniques. The single cutaway body design provides unobstructed access to the higher frets whilst the generous body carves provide comfort in both seating and standing positions.

The pair of PRS Tremonti Treble and Bass humbucking pickups sound thick and raw, with a solid output that pushes the front end of an amp nicely. The neck pickup is full sounding and warm, whilst the midrange is perfectly balanced and easily cuts through any mix. The bridge has a hotter output, it produces a biting tone which easily cuts through the mix for those rock rhythm sounds and has a great harmonic register for defining solos. This guitar offers a wide selection of tones for the player to explore, with the ease of the control layout making adjusting the tone a breeze.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the headstock demonstrate very light scratching, only visible under direct light and close scrutiny.

Neck: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the neck and fingerboard demonstrate very light scratching, only visible under direct light and close scrutiny.

Body: Overall very good condition. All aspects of the body demonstrate light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles, most concentrated on the rear face.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (5/16" socket) is included.

Hardware: Fully functional and very good condition. Mild to moderate tarnishing is apparent to the neck pickup, tuners and bridge.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.5mm - Bass 2mm

Fully functional and very good condition. Discolouration is apparent to the outer shell. Any markings to the inner lining are difficult to discern.
