FLANGER EFFECT PEDAL The Neo Mistress is a compact flanger pedal with Matrix Filter mode. Although simple to use, a plethora of different sounds are available via the Rate and Feedback knobs. Each knob spans a wide range of functions.
Rate: Controls the speed or frequency of the LFO signal that modulates the flanger.
When the Rate knob is below the "11:00" position (marked with a star next to the knob), the Neo Mistress enters Filter Matrix mode: the LFO is disconnected from the flanger, so it is no longer modulated by the internal modulation.
Feedback: Controls the "color" or "resonance" of the flanger effect. Above the 3:00 position, the Feedback knob pushes the flanger very close to self-oscillation, creating additional harmonics that span the effect's range.
