Listing is for a single ORIGINAL Curtis CEM3379 in mint condition for the following piece(s) of equipment: Ensoniq ESQ-1 (both), ESQ-M, SQ-80, Sequential Prophet-2000/2002, Doepfer A-107/109. Pulled from an ESQ-1 that had some issues, and has been fully tested in another ESQ-1 mainboard to verify it is fully functioning.

Packed in anti-static foam and ESD-safe envelope, as pictured. To ensure safe travels, this IC will be shipped in a small box, NOT a mailing envelope or bag.
