Epiphone Electar Zephyr Six String Lap Steel 1950s - Sunburst

This Epiphone 1950s Electar Zephyr in sunburst is in good condition.  A couple of the tuners have replacement buttons.  The tuners work well and aren't fundamentally changed by the tuner button swap.  

This six string lap steel has a maple body and neck with a painted aluminum fretboard and an aluminum nut, a 22.5" scale, and an Epiphone pickup reading 17.1k. It weighs 8 lbs 5 oz and comes with its original hard shell case.

The bridge, tuners, and potentiometers are original. Two of the tuner buttons have been replaced (see the pictures). The pickup has been out of the guitar before: its leads were cut and spliced back in near the potentiometers, and the solders appear untouched.  It could be that the desirable New York pickup was rewound, or it could be that someone wanted to try it on a guitar.  I can't be sure.
