This guitar broke all the rules of traditional styling when it appeared amid the 'British' sound of the 1960's. Professionally set up & in perfect playing condition. The Hi-Gain single coils sound magnificent & deliver those signature Ric tones upon command.
Cosmetic Condition: Terrific condition - very clean & still like new with only some mild surface scratches. The Made In USA sticker is still on the pickguard!
Neck: Nicely rounded maple & walnut neck with white binding & black side-dots. Beautiful rosewood fingerboard with pearloid "shark tooth" inlays. Frets are clean no wear. Schaller tuners are in perfect working condition. 1.63" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length. Neck is straight & truss rods function fine.
Body: Semi-hollow maple body with back binding & bound slash hole. "R" tailpiece with six-saddle adjustable bridge & split-level white plexi pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 10.2 oz & is exceptionally resonant! The Mapleglo finish gives the guitar a very clean appearance.
Electronics: Rickenbacker Hi-Gain single coils. Dual volume & tone controls with boost blend. 3-way toggle switch with mono & stereo outputs. All electronics are in perfect working condition.
Case: Original hardshell case included along with Ric accessories bag.
