The Morning Glory V4 features Volume, Drive, Tone, and Gain switches. The Volume control adjusts the overall output level. The Morning Glory V4 adds twice the headroom compared to previous models.

The Drive control increases the distortion when turned clockwise. Turning this control up also slightly boosts the treble.
The Tone control is a basic high-pass filter. Turning it clockwise makes the tone brighter, while turning it counterclockwise makes it darker.
The Gain toggle switch allows you to set a new boost mode. This mode is powerful and emphasizes the low end. You can also create an even higher gain sound by turning up the Drive knob.
