Extremely rare (less than 2000 produced) Echolette E1000 Cardioid Ribbon Microphone. A 1:1 Beyerdynamic M160 in a much cooler housing.

The Echolette E1000 was made specifically for the final tour of a very cool band, The Beatles! Internally, this is exactly a  Beyerdynamic M160, and it sounds absolutely fantastic!

The Beatles 1966 'Bravo-Beatles-Blitztournee' German tour was part of their last run of shows, and Echolette backlined that whole run, with some serious advertising attached. All in all, they produced very few of these microphones (under 2000 is the best data I've found). There's a real chance that one of the Fab Four sang, spat, and emoted into this mic!

This one shows very little signs of wear, and sounds just phenomenal. See pictures for condition, there is one very small dent on one side of the grill. Sound samples upon request.

Ships with clip, locking tuchel tail, a handmade padded pouch, and a small padded microphone case.

Lock in this incredibly rare ribbon mic now. Sounding absolutely incredible, this is a chance at a time capsule that almost never opens up.

As always, check out for the best price and more information.
