For sale is a very rare and fully and thoroughly serviced Stellavox TD88 1/4" analog tape machine. This deck runs at 7.5 and 15ips. The deck was disassembled and fully refurb'd by Sepea Audio (Stellavox repair center) in 2024, runs beautifully, and sounds superb. Many describe the TD88 as having the best sound of any tape recorder ever produced, bar none.
This TD88 is calibrated for Recording the Masters (RTM) SM-911.

A new-production Stellavox stand is available for purchase for $2000. The stand perfectly replicates the original wood-paneled and metal roll-around console sold by Stellavox. The stand has never been assembled and all components are bubble-wrapped from Sepea Audio, but contact me for photos of an assembled stand.

This is a rather heavy machine, so Local Pickup or uShip is strongly preferred over UPS / Fedex Ground service to avoid damage in transit.
