The model from the Standard Exotic series impresses with its very own look with an intensely grained zebrawood top and a baked maple neck, while two in-house EVH Wolfgang humbuckers deliver first-class rock sounds. Furthermore, the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic Zebrawood has a Floyd Rose Special tremolo system for wild lead actions.

The electric guitar with its basswood body in the unmistakable Wolfgang design features a unique zebrawood top with an intense grain that visually complements the baked maple neck. Thanks to the Wolfgang Backshape on the back, this ensures a balanced playing feel between secure layered playing and chords that are pleasant to pick up, while the particularly slim neck heel and the "Forearm Contour" of the body always ensure a comfortable playing position, even on longer gigs.

As a genuine Wolfgang model, the two EVH Wolfgang humbuckers are a must-have! The two direct-mount double coilers in the neck and bridge position are modelled on Wolfgang Van Halen's wishes down to the smallest detail and form the tonal basis for his distinctive, penetrating sound. The full sound spectrum of the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic Zebrawood can be accessed via a pickup selector switch with three switching positions and shared volume and tone controls.

The EVH-branded Floyd Rose Special Tremolo is a very special highlight for fans of extended lead techniques. Thanks to its double-locking construction with matching Floyd Rose R2 locking saddle, the system not only enables wild tremolo actions including dive bombs, squeals and much more, but is also completely reliable and tuning-stable. The hardware equipment of the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic Zebrawood is completed by six die-cast tuners and two easy-to-grip black potentiometer caps, which ensure constant control of the volume and treble control even at intensive shows.
