The Z.Vex Sonar Vexter is a tremolo/pulser that works very well with high gain amps. It includes a Tremolo with tap tempo, a so-called "machine" tremolo with a pulsating and rotating sound, as well as a "weird" mode, in which then really hardly any original signal can be heard.
