This is a Squier 5-string Jazz Bass that has had its pickups replaced and features an active 3-band equalizer.
The pickups have been replaced with a Fender Ultra Noiseless Vintage Jazz Bass V (5-String) Pickup Set. Please note that the original parts are not included.

The screws securing the preamp have been tightened, and the frets have been leveled.
The headstock has scratches, dents, and peeling paint; the fingerboard shows scuff marks; and the back of the neck exhibits peeling paint and discoloration.
There are scuff marks and playing marks on the body; the finish texture differs slightly near the front pickup on the bodyfs top; and the metal parts show some tarnish and pitting.
There are other signs of wear and dullness, but the overall condition is good.
