It allows you to record musical phrases from instruments such as guitar and bass in real time, enabling live performances where multiple loops are layered one after another. Despite its compact size, it features five dedicated foot switches, eliminating the need for gdouble-taph or glong-pressh operations* typically required by looper pedals with only a single foot switch. You can reliably stop the looper (STOP) or undo/redo the most recently recorded phrase (UNDO/REDO) with a single press of a dedicated foot switch. *To delete a recorded phrase from memory, you must hold down the STOP switch. Featuring high-quality sound delivered by analog input/output circuits with flat phase response and dual AD conversion with 32-bit floating-point processing, it supports stereo recording of up to 90 minutes per loop and can store up to 100 phrases.It features a high-resolution LCD that displays the waveform of the phrase being recorded in real time, and the looperfs status (REC/PLAY/LOOP FX) is immediately apparent through changes in the backlight color (red/green/blue). Furthermore, it features eight types of LOOP FX to expand your expressive range, including standard effects such as REVERSE and HALF SPEED, as well as unique effects like HOLD and TAPE STOP, and an gunlatchh function that applies the effect only while the switch is held down.The built-in rhythm function, which plays back in sync with the looper, offers 68 rhythm patterns covering a wide range of genres, including rock, Latin, and dance. Flexible routing is also possible: you can send the guitar and looper signals to a guitar amp via the L OUT jack, while sending the built-in rhythm signals to a PA mixer via the R OUT jack for clear sound reproduction. It also features a 3.5mm TRS MIDI input/output for connecting to external devices, as well as a USB MIDI interface for syncing with DAW software. By syncing the eMS-90LP+f with a drummerfs metronome via MIDI, you can perform as a band in time with the looperfs tempo. If you import WAV files?such as backing tracks?from a computer via USB, you can even play lead solos along with that accompaniment.
