Early 1990's very slim neck and gorgeous top. I love this guitar. One of my favorites I've ever owned. I hate to sell it, but arthritis is forcing me to sell some of my guitars. The pictures in the sun make it appear more red than it is See the last picture, on the scale, for the most representative view of what you see in person The Les Paul Classic Premium Plus was produced alongside the original Les Paul Classic, but features a flamed maple top instead of a plain maple top. All models feature AAA flame maple tops and 496T/500R uncovered humbuckers.This killer 1993 Gibson Les Paul Classic Plus could be your next dream guitar. It is all original and in perfect working order. It has the look, and most of the features, of a more expensive reissue. It has a fresh professional set up and comes with the original hardshell case.Featuring what one would consider to be at least a AAA-grade maple top, this guitar will have heads turning and jaws dropping. Deep, striped flames extend evenly across the book-matched, carved flame top with a very deep dish top carve.Designed with the 1960 Sunburst Les Paul in mind, this Classic boasts many features that are notable to that era of Les Paul production, such as a '50s headstock shape, deep dish top carve, push-in tuner bushings, ABR-1 bridge, and a slimmer 1960 neck profile. It also has the thin binding in the cutaway that makes it even more accurate to vintage specs. This guitar has little to no play wear with only some fine scratches on the face of the headstock from string changes and slight weather checking that only add to the amazing vintage vibe.
