Eastman provides the top with their Thermo Cure treatment. The wood is exposed to heat and pressure, so that it has already lost a large part of its moisture to this process. The result is a guitar with a played-in character, with the sound qualities of an older vintage instrument.
This combination of woods provides a warm, deep timbre, and the robust dreadnought shape ensures that the guitar is full of volume. With a comfortable mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, and a herringbone purfling on the top, this guitar also offers everything you would expect from a good dreadnought.
