The ’59 Esquire “C” neck profile is modelled on the sought-after neck shapes of the late 1950s and, together with the rosewood fingerboard, offers a pleasantly familiar playing feel, although it is slightly thicker than modern “C” profiles. Of particular interest is the compound radius, which ranges from 7.25" to 9.5", combining vintage authenticity with modern playability. Classic medium-vintage frets, a bone nut and the traditional 25.5-inch scale length emphasise the guitar’s historic character. The specification is rounded off by a 6-saddle American Vintage Strat tremolo and authentic Fender Vintage ‘F’ stamped tuners.
