The Eighty Master is an organic and dynamic distortion pedal that responds both to your playing touch and to your guitar’s Volume control. It is designed as an “amp-in-a-box,” featuring a complete active EQ section, a power selector switch, and a compressor.

The Modeling control adjusts the overall output voicing, allowing the pedal to be tailored to virtually any amplifier. With a Strat-style guitar equipped with single-coil pickups, you can set the power to 50 watts and achieve anything from a bluesy breakup to high-gain distortion simply by adjusting the guitar’s Volume knob.

The Power switch lets you select between 50W and 100W operation. In practice, this allows you to choose between a highly dynamic overdrive in the 50W setting and a high-gain distortion sound when switched to 100W.

Controls:

• Bass: Adjusts the low frequencies
• High: Adjusts the high frequencies
• Mids: Adjusts the mid frequencies
• Volume: Controls the output volume level
• Comp Switch: Adjusts the effect’s dynamic response and compression
