Here's a 2000 K.Yairi R2-AN in Antique Burst finish. Wonderful all original example! K.Yairi guitars are handmade instruments originating from the small community of Kani, located in the Honshu mountains, Japan. The ‘K.Yairi’ guitar company is the brainchild of master luthier Mr. Kazuo Yairi, and made from the finest materials available. The guitar is an OM/Auditorium size, and features a spruce top, and mahogany back and sides. It's super comfortable to hold and play! Measures 14 3/4" at the bout, and 4" in depth. The neck is butter, with easy playing action down the fingerboard. Fantastic for both finger style and/or strumming. Frets are in good shape, just like the guitar. Tonally it's loud, articulate, and crystal clear. it's also beautiful!! There's one professionally repaired top crack, and another tiny one just below the fretboard on the bass side. Both are structurally sound and nothing to worry about. Really unique and special piece. HSC!
