The PRS S2 Special Semi-Hollow Black Amber combines the classic PRS feel with the distinctive character of a semi-hollow body. The guitar features a mahogany body with a maple top and f-hole, delivering a warm, resonant acoustic tone. Attached is a mahogany neck with a Pattern Regular profile, finished with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard adorned with PRS’s iconic bird inlays. The S2 Special Semi-Hollow offers exceptional tonal versatility thanks to its triple pickup configuration and advanced switching options. Two PRS 58/15 LT "Low Turns" humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions can be individually coil-split via the two mini switches, while a PRS Narrowfield pickup in the middle position rounds out the tonal palette. The guitar is equipped exclusively with PRS in-house hardware, including a PRS Patented Tremolo and six PRS Phase III locking tuners. A gig bag is included for convenient transport.
