Remo RARE Legacy LA W/ Reemlar 13" 80s-90s - Vintage Classic

"Legacy goes back to the late 80's and were available through the mid 90's. These heads were made with the same film we use in our Ambassador® Coated Drumheads. Instead of using the coating process, we laminated a web based material over the film and sealed it with a thin coating that gave the heads a web textured unique look that was used for many years in Drumset, Concert, and World Percussion products.

They were best known for their sensitivity and warm accent tones. The Legacy drumheads were very difficult to make, and a key material used to produce them became unavailable-leading us to move into Fiberskyn®, Renaissance® and Skyntone® options...all in pursuit of calf like characteristics."
