67Audio Harry Balz Overdrive

Designed to be super versatile, and able to achieve different textures that are usable in live band situations and recording sessions. It has carefully tuned control knobs, so it’s easy to dial-in great sounds within seconds.

After 15+ years of repairing and modding guitar amps, I’ve decided to come up with a overdrive pedal that’s gonna capture that great open sound of cranked amplifier’s output tubes cooking, instead of more compressed sound of preamp tubes pushed into saturation. Designed from ground-up, it took me 2 years for the first prototype. Harry Balz features unique circuitry and is designed to behave like an a tube amp.

Years of amp repairs, modding and testing led to understanding of what guitar players wanted out of their overdrive pedal.

Harry Balz is like 2 pedals in 1 enclosure, each side consists of 2 gain stages each with their respective gain knob (pre and post gain)
It features internal voltage converter and regulator which provides greatest possible headroom and dynamics. Harry Balz circuitry is designed to capture amp’s topology in pedal format. With extensive set of controls, it’s gonna take you from classic to beyond with a turn of a knob.

Each pedal is hand made and hand painted. This one in particular features custom yellow and white graphics on a black base and multiple layers of 2K polyurethane clear coat lacquer.
