I remember first time i modded a pedal. It was my old Boss DS-1. I replaced couple of components, and it had such impact on me….When i realized how much a swapping of few capacitors and resistors affected the sound of the pedal…
It never stopped. I remeber as a teenager I couldn’t sleep if there was something wrong with my guitar or amp….
Playing guitar defined everything in my life… I choose carrer in electronics to learn more about circuts and tweaking them, as well as to design my own circuts.
Being interested in electronics and how stuff worked, I started tweaking gear for friends and myself from early age.
After 15+ years as an amp-tech, I’ve encountered almost every guitar amp and pedal on my workbench. After gutting, fixing and modding thousands of pieces of gear, I got my own idea of how I wanted my gear to perform in live band situations and recording sessions.
It all started as modding pedals for friends and some clients, exclusively as a hobby, and I never cared to advertise. Only after years of encouragement from my friends musicians and satisfied clients I decided to build pedals and make unique audio devices available to everyone out there.
So in 2019, 67Audio is born.
