The Fender American Acoustasonic Telecaster All-Mahogany EB Natural is an extraordinary fusion of electric and acoustic design, showcasing Fender's commitment to innovation. This electro-acoustic hybrid guitar brings the modern zeitgeist that blurs the boundaries between instruments and genres. With the innovative "Stringed Instrument Response System", which relies on a mahogany body with recessed mahogany top and a "Tuned Waterfall Soundport", the guitar delivers a surprisingly grown-up acoustic sound despite its classic Telecaster dimensions. The "Acoustic Engine" developed jointly by Fender and Fishman also makes use of an under-saddle transducer, a body sensor and a noiseless single coil to provide ten different voicings between electric and acoustic guitar. Last but not least, the flat C-neck profile promises comfortable and buttery-smooth playing characteristics, while the saddle made of TUSQ ensures clean intonation and comfortable string placement.
In order to elicit absolutely authentic acoustic guitar sounds from the classic Telecaster design without compromises, Fender relies on the "Stringed Instrument Resonance System"(SIRS) specially developed for the Acoustasonic Series. Generous resonance chambers in the mahogany body, together with the recessed mahogany top and the specially shaped "Waterfall Soundport" in the sound hole, ensure a lively responsive sound with a silky treble spectrum, broadly placed mids and accentuated basses. In addition, the sculpted neck joint and comfortable C-profile make the bolt-on m ahogany neck easy to play all the way up to the highest registers of the ebony fingerboard.
To bring out truly authentic acoustic tones from the classic Telecaster shape, Fender's Acoustasonic series uses their specially developed "Stringed Instrument Resonance System" (SIRS). The mahogany body features generous resonance chambers, a recessed mahogany top, and a unique "Waterfall Soundport" in the sound hole, all of which create a responsive, full-bodied sound with bright trebles, rich mids, and deep bass. The sculpted neck joint and smooth C-profile neck make it easy to play all the way up the ebony fingerboard, ensuring comfort for every player, whether strumming or soloing.
The American Acoustasonic Telecaster takes versatility to a new level with its advanced "Acoustic Engine" developed by Fender and Fishman. This system seamlessly blends acoustic and electric tones, giving you the best of both worlds. A Fishman Matrix Narrow Under-Saddle Transducer and Fishman Acoustic Enhancer Body-Sensor capture the guitar’s full acoustic sound spectrum, while a Fender Noiseless Single Coil pickup adds electric textures. With the 5-way switch and mod control, the integrated preamp allows you to explore ten unique voicings, giving you limitless creative possibilities for every musical style.
