Amazing vintage Sennheiser. Somehow, still a sleeper microphone despite being in the family of the most famous Sennheiser dynamics.
Similar capsule to the famous Sennheiser MD409 (the 402/3 capsule), these were marketed as live vocal microphones, becuase they're shockmounted in their housing. What this adds up to is an incredible vintage dynamic microphone that has eschewed abuse through the decades because of it's shockmounting. Extended low range pickup (down to 50hz) and even response up to 15k, these are legendary capsules for good reason.
The MD416 had both an "n" (tuchel) and "u" (XLR) version. This is the slightly handier XLR version. Nothing else is different.
Microphones is full, smooth, and functions wonderfully, it will be the finest dynamic mic in your stable! This one has been cleaned internally and is ready to rock.
