The original Way Huge company handbuilt pedals in small batches in the 1990s, and are often heralded as pioneers in the boutique pedal industry. The Green Rhino is a overdrive based on the TS circuit modified for a more nuanced gain spread.
Starting in 2008, the Dunlop company has reissued and redesigned the original Way Huge pedals including the Green Rhino, but original examples command much higher values on the resale market.
