Overview
The Takamine P4DC acoustic-electric guitar adds modern refinements to the classic dreadnought design. The spruce top is X-braced for superior tone and performance, sitting atop sapele back and sides for a rich, warm sound that's beautifully reproduced by the onboard pickup and CTP-3 Cool Tube electronics system -- a real low-voltage tube preamp with a versatile 3-band EQ and built-in tuner. The neck is incredibly fast, with an asymmetrical shape that's a bit thinner on the bass side for easier chording and more comfortable playing.
