Unlike conventional VCA compressors, the Tweezer combines vintage punch with modern flexibility, allowing you to shape not only dynamics but also the tone and attitude of your tracks.

The standout feature is its independent DRIVE control, placed before the compression stage. It lets you dial in anything from subtle analog warmth to aggressive harmonic saturation and overdrive, independently from the amount of compression.

The Contour control is another unique feature: instead of a standard sidechain filter, it provides a continuously variable tilt EQ for the detector circuit, allowing you to make the compressor react more to low frequencies or high frequencies depending on the source.

On top of that, the built-in Blend control makes parallel compression effortless, while the continuously variable Curve control lets you move from a smooth 1.5:1 soft-knee compression all the way to an aggressive 30:1 hard-knee limiter.

Ultra-fast attack times (down to 20 microseconds), musical release settings, sidechain HPF and true analog circuitry make the Tweezer an incredibly expressive compressor that rewards experimentation.
