Kartakou Colossus Rack Tube Preamp – 2022 – w/ Footswitch – Never Used

Kartakou Amplification Colossus rack tube preamp, serial number 165, I.2022, handcrafted in Belarus, Europe.

I bought this unit and have never used it. It has not even been plugged in by me. Because I have not personally tested it before listing, it is sold as photographed and described. Functionality can be confirmed before shipping if required.

The Colossus is a high-gain rack tube preamp designed for heavy rock and metal tones. Kartakou describes the Colossus as a rack tube preamp built to deliver aggressive high-gain tone, and previous Reverb listings describe it as being aimed at players who like 5150 / 6505-style tones.

This unit has separate Lead and Clean control sections. The Lead section includes Gain, Sweep, Bass, Middle, Treble, and Volume, while the Clean section includes Bass, Middle, Treble, and Volume, plus a Master control. The front panel also includes Character, Bright, Channel / Loop controls, an IR selector, input, and power switch.

The rear panel has multiple routing and output options, including Send, Return, Output, IR Out, FSW, USB, and a separate Slave Input.

The separate Kartakou footswitch is included.

The unit is in very good cosmetic condition overall. There are visible light surface marks, dust, small scratches, and handling wear. Please review all photos carefully.
