The Precision bass developed by Fender in 1951 was not only the first mass-produced electric bass ever, but also a reliable model which, apart from a few minor details, hasn't changed much to this day, which is why it should of course not be missing from the new Squire Sonic Series. The body of the Squier Sonic Precision Bass IL Midnight Blue is made of poplar, with a bolt-on solid maple neck, which promises fantastic playing characteristics over 20 frets and a high level of comfort. Thanks to its split single coil pickup with volume and tone controls, the P-Bass from Squier offers a wide sound spectrum with a typical Fender bass sound. Furthermore, a hardtail bridge with four string traversers and open vintage tuners is responsible for precise intonation.
The Squier Sonic SeriesThe Squier Sonic Series brings popular Fender instruments into the hands of beginners looking for quality at an affordable price, providing inspiration for advanced instrumentalists and expanding the Squier concept of making the Fender catalogue available to everyone. With new finishes in fresh and familiar colours, the Sonic Series electric guitars and basses offer excellent value for money.
