If your looking for one of these that DOESNT have the armrest please move along to the next one..The armrest improves the tone of the guitar and if your looking for a brand new one please look elsewhere. That being said, here is my beloved Martin CEO 7 for sale. Lets start with the only imperfection on this guitar. Martin is notorious for having binding issues. This guitar is no different with having 2 area where I had to glue the binding back into place. Please see pictures below...They are fine now and barely noticable but I need to disclose that. It also has a John Pearse armrest installed which adds even more to the fantastic tone of this instrument. I do not know if you can remove the armrest without damaging the guitar. I would leave it.Because of this I have priced the guitar where it should be. Guitar is adirirondack spruce top with solid mohagany back and sides. Guitar is very light and has a chunky neck but feels sooo good when you put it in your hands.. If your looking for a PERFECT guitar, spend 3400 and buy it new. If your looking for one that has been babied and plays great but had binding slightly repaired, then this is your baby..Feel free to ask me any questions...
