With its unique appearance, the J-45 Studio NA captures the charm of Gibson’s 1940s round-shoulder classic in a truly authentic way. Thanks to its solid top, the acoustic guitar produces a rich, full-bodied sound that really cuts through, particularly when strumming. At the same time, the flat neck offers exceptionally comfortable playability across all frets. The headstock features nickel-plated tuning machines, which allow for precise tuning. To give the guitar an elegant appearance, the body is finished with a high-gloss varnish.

As the top is made of solid Sitka spruce, a powerful sound is produced even with light strums. This is enriched with clear mid and high frequencies and is given a pleasant warmth by the laminated mahogany body. The mahogany neck features a slim-taper profile, ensuring it sits comfortably in the hand and is easy to play.

To ensure the instrument is accurately in tune across its entire 648 mm scale length, the bridge insert and the 43 mm wide nut are carefully matched. The instrument is very easy to tune using the nickel-plated Epiphone Premium tuners. The top is edged with a delicate multi-ply binding, which provides a pleasing contrast to the sunburst finish and is perfectly matched to the three-ring soundhole rosette. To protect against scratches, the top is also fitted with a large tortoise-shell pickguard.
