Beautiful Kazuo Yairi Alvarez Dreadnought DY38 12 string acoustic/electric. I will ship in a black form fitting foam dreadnought case.

Solid spruce top, solid mahogany sides and back. Fishman pickup and electronics. I have 6 strings on there as a personal preference. Some minor scratches and dings but generally excellent condition. Some of the worst wear is around the output jack and bottom side, and a few top dings and such you can see depending on the light angle. There is some superficial surface wear on the back of the neck, but nothing that would show in photos. Straight neck with slight relief. Truss rod works, excellent frets. no cracks or breaks or repairs. Lots of saddle height left above the bridge.
