Thee 44 has to be one of the best British speakers ever produced & hardly needs introduction given the legions of enthusiasts and outstanding quality. Some have the optional veneer front as seen here. A very well looked after pair with hardly a mark. Were serviced recently & had replacement tweeter diaphragms a few years ago. The 44 is a speak that defy time and seems to last lifetimes - impossible to go wrong with them & it would be hard to find a better pair than these. Everything on these checks out well in tolerance and they sound 100% as they should.
