Up for sale is a pair of fully discreet germanium microphone/line preamps with fantastic induction coils equalizers, made by LOMO holding in the 70es, pulled from a giant console made for one of the major movie-studio of the USSR. Similar construction as the famous Siemens /WSW, in some way of better quality (3-times thicker steel covers, cast-aluminium body) using the best military grade parts and great attention to detail.
The strip (refer to schematics diagram) contain a microphone preamplifier, parametric equalizer, high and low cut filters, overload indicator, isolating power supply filter and protective over 40 KHz filter
transformer microphone input provides phantom power of 11 (+-1) Volts (may not be suitable for some models)
operating range: 25 - 20,000 Hz +/-0.5 dB
harmonic distortion between 50-12.000 Hz 0,5% , not more than 1% in total
source impedance: microphone input 200 Ohm, line input 600 Ohm,

Please do not be confused with other stuff offered as LOMO, or even alike LOMO public address channel strips, well-made, but much less complicated, these particular modules were used in professional movie studio recording consoles, with different approach in quality and versatility, they are becoming extremely hard to find, and considering that there were only about 12 major movie-studios in the former USSR, each equipped with 1-2 of such consoles they will soon be (if ever) only available in aftermarket.
Refer to pics for cosmetics, what you see is what you get, unit is tested, fully serviced and are in plug-and-play condition, 33V PSU, cables with sockets provided, but due to delicate nature of vintage electronics sold as-is with NO returns, so to avoid unpleasant situations and unweighted decisions, please ask all questions you may have BEFORE bidding.
