2008 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul SG Custom VOS – Stunning
Weight: 3.490 kg
Serial: 080862
This Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul SG Custom VOS is absolutely stunning! The fantastic Cherry Gloss finish is a rare sight on these models. The gold hardware and the Maestro vibrato really make this guitar stand out. The tuners are a classy touch, but perhaps the most striking feature is the custom tortoiseshell-style fretboard inlays. It boasts a very comfortable '60s slim-taper neck profile and weighs in at 3.490 kg.
The Gibson Custom Shop consistently produces top-tier instruments; the attention to detail in their VOS (Vintage Original Spec) line results in some of the most accurate and authentic guitars available—second only to the original vintage pieces themselves.
The patina on the hardware is an intentional part of the factory VOS finish. The frets have just been leveled, ensuring a fast, smooth playing surface, and the intonation is perfect across the entire neck. This is your chance to own a piece of modern guitar history. The instrument will be shipped fully insured and double-boxed, complete with its original Custom Shop hardshell case and all documentation, including the Certificate of Authenticity.
