ESP LTD MH-400 Snow White/EMG Electric Guitar

The MH-400 is a fast-playing workhorse built around a thin U-shaped neck and aggressive electronics designed for high-gain styles. Its set-thru construction and arch-topped mahogany body deliver excellent sustain and harmonic clarity, making it equally at home with fluid lead work and heavy rhythm playing. This is a straightforward, no-compromise instrument for players who prioritize playability and tonal authority.

Playability & Construction

The three-piece extra-thin U-shaped maple neck paired with a 350mm fingerboard radius and 24 extra-jumbo frets creates an exceptionally fast platform for precise lead work. Set-thru neck construction maximizes contact between neck and body, enhancing sustain and harmonic transfer while the arch-topped mahogany body contributes natural warmth and resonance across the frequency range.

Tone & Electronics

Active EMG 81 (bridge) and EMG 85 (neck) pickups deliver aggressive, articulate output with exceptional clarity—ideal for hard rock and metal contexts. The Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo provides stable pitch manipulation while maintaining tuning integrity through aggressive whammy use, while the 42mm locking nut anchors the system at the headstock.
