Up for sale is a sensational, top-tier tone machine—a 2023 PRS S2 McCarty 594 in the stunning Lake Blue finish.
This guitar takes everything that makes the McCarty 594 an instant classic—the vintage-inspired 24.594" scale length, dual volume and push/pull tone controls, and a binding-adorned Pattern Vintage neck profile—and kicks it up a notch with a massive tonal upgrade.
The original pickups have been upgraded to a set of genuine PRS USA 57/08 humbuckers ($500+ upgrade). Formulated using vintage-style wire from the original machinery used in the 1950s, the 57/08s are legendary for their articulate, warm, vintage-PAF tone. This guitar offers incredible versatility ranging from sweet, glassy single-coil chime to rich, roaring humbucker drive.
