I invested a lot of time and money into restoring this guitar, but I simply lost the motivation to finish the final stage of the project.
The guitar is from Japan and was in terrible condition. I replaced all the hardware with high-quality Gotoh parts, installed new pickups and electronics, and had the frets leveled by a professional luthier.
Theoretically, the last thing that needs to be done is to replace the truss rod, as it is broken. The guitar is playable and functions perfectly; however, the neck cannot be adjusted if the current setup (low action) doesn't suit the player. Therefore, there is no warranty or option for a return, and ideally, it should be tested in person. Anyone unable to do so must accept the risk when purchasing.
I still have some of the original parts, which I will of course include.
