From Danelectro's reissues of vintage (or near-vintage) units like the Back Talk and the Foxx Tone Machine–styled 3699 Fuzz to Death By Audio's brand-new Rooms reverb pedal, it's been a good NAMM for the circuits.
While Alexander Pedals already announced one brand-new pedal for the show—the Super Neo-Matic—Andy also got a look at a sly second release, the Superball Kinetic Modulator, an ingenious delay that mimics the type of slowly softening sound of a bouncy ball losing energy on its repeat bounces. (As you can see on this post from Alexander Pedals' Instagram, Chase Bliss Audio's Joel Korte is, along with Andy, another new fan.)
Watch the whole video above to see what else caught Andy's attention at this year's convention.
