A fine and functional example of a Jazzmaster straight from the glory days of Surf Rock. Overall in very good shape but a previous owner saw fit to give it a sunbburst refinish. The off-white color of the headstock is indicitave of what could have been were it left in it's original Olympic White finish. The electronics, however, are pure mid 60's Fender! There's no mistaking that classic tone. Recently professionally serviced, given a setup and a thorough electronic cleaning. Sounds about as good as it did the day it was made. The slide switch has been lubricated and some foam added under a pickup as well. Frets have a surprising amount of life left!
