This is a perfectly balanced single Sylvania JAN 12AT7WB tubes. It was made in the USA by Sylvania for the US military. Each one of the plates tests identical to the other. It was manufactured to rigorous military specifications so you can expect low noise and microphonics. This tube has flat black AX-style plates, green lettering, and a halo top getter.
