The Korg Keystage 49 is a professional MIDI controller with polyphonic aftertouch, MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange support, and MPE compatibility. Eight parameter knobs, each with an individual OLED sub-display, provide visual feedback for every mapped parameter. A built-in USB audio interface (2-channel, 44.1 kHz) eliminates the need for a separate interface when sketching ideas.

The Polytouch keyboard responds to pressure on individual keys, enabling expressive per-note modulation. MIDI 2.0 Property Exchange automatically configures knob mappings for compatible instruments. 16 scenes store different controller layouts. 20 arpeggio patterns and 64 chord sets (32 preset + 32 user) generate complex musical phrases from simple input.
