Description

Rare "Oni-Sen" Japanese Ash Body - A True Beast of Tone Up for sale is a stunning 1970s Fernandes Burny Custom FST-75N, crafted during the golden era of Japanese guitar manufacturing. This model is legendary among J-Vintage fans for its "Oni-Sen" (Demon Sen) body—a heavy, dense Japanese Ash that provides incredible sustain and a powerful, punchy tone that cuts through any mix.

【Why This Guitar?】

  • Massive Tone: Weighing in at approximately [4.3]kg (very solid!), this guitar resonates like a piano. The heavy Sen body paired with the one-piece Maple neck delivers a snappy attack and endless sustain you simply cannot find in modern lightweight guitars.
  • Upgraded for Reliability: The original tuners have been replaced with high-quality Rotomatic-style tuners. This upgrade significantly improves tuning stability and adds a bit of mass to the headstock, further enhancing the clarity of the notes.
  • Professional Setup by PURPOSE: As the owner of PURPOSE Music Store, I have personally performed a full setup: electronics cleaning, fret polishing, and neck adjustment. It is ready for the stage or studio right out of the box.

【Condition & Originality】

  • Overall: This guitar is in good vintage condition, possessing a powerful "vintage mojo" and aura.
  • Body/Neck: There are various dings, scratches, and finish wear consistent with its 40+ year history.
  • Hardware: The metal parts show natural oxidation and patina.
  • Modifications & Parts: * The tuning pegs have been upgraded to Rotomatic-style for superior stability (please note there may be extra screw holes from original tuners underneath).
  • The 6th string (E) bridge saddle has been replaced with a Fender saddle.
  • There is a small chip/crack on the bridge (rear) pickup cover. * Playability: Fully serviced and set up by PURPOSE Music Store. The neck is straight, the truss rod is functional, and it plays smoothly across the entire fretboard.
  • Frets: Approximately 60-70% remaining, leveled and polished for immediate use.
