The Schoeps M221 are great mics, very popular in the acoustic recording field. They have very natural and smooth sound, The power supplies were replaced new by Bill Bradley, which are much more stable and reliable than the originals.

The microphones are all original, with the Telefunken AC701k tube, made in Germany by Schoeps (not the Hungarian counterfeiters). These have dual pattern capsules (M934B Omni and Cardiod) and the original cardiod enhancement rings.
