Jackson Phil Demmel signature Demmelition King V that hung above the entrance of the legendary London Crowbar Rock & Metal Whisky Bar in Soho, London. The guitar features many signatures on the front and back. The Crobar was the longest running Metal bar in London before Covid forced it to close, along with thousands of other bars, pubs and music venues around the UK. It was a favourite bar of Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters frontman, Dave Grohl, who helped campaign to save it unsuccessfully. The bar was a mandatory stop for all hard rock and metal bands touring through London, but it had surprising visits from world famous musicians who love rock, Metal and a good night out - including Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber famously showed up unannounced after the 2016 BRIT Awards and Lady Gaga filled the venue with her tour staff to celebrate the end of a tour! Everyone who walked through the front door was greeted by this guitar hanging from the ceiling.

The guitar itself is in very good condition and has the classic Zakk Wylde combo set of EMG 81 and 85 humbuckers. The tremolo is a Japanese Jackson J580LP Low Profile Floyd Rose that has had its six string saddles removed and have been sadly lost. All of the guitar's hardware and electronic infrastructure is present aside from the saddles, so replace those and you have a fully playing guitar, although at this point it is intended as a historical display piece - hopefully in a new Metal bar somewhere else in the world!
