2019 Fender Mustang PJ Bass artist owned by legendary British rockers: The Darkness. Acquired by the band specifically to record their "Motorheart" album, where it features prominently. A professional Fender short scale bass with both precision and jazz bass pickups was desired for the full Fender PJ tonal range and the convenience of tracking within the limited space inside the control room. It is the uktimate studio bass. You can see it photographed with the band inside their studio and on the rqck next to the band's Gibson SJ-200 i also have listed here for sale.
