This Player grade Gibson Les Paul Jr. from 1957 has a great vibe and comes with a newer hardshell case. This guitar absolutely nails the classic Leslie West tone plugged straight into Amp. Very dynamic tone across all tone and volume settings. Plays easily and sounds killer.

Neck: Mahogany neck with a fat “C” profile typical of late 50’s Gibsons, rosewood fingerboard, non original frets in good condition, headstock crack repair, face of the headstock touched up, neck heel repair with a paint touch up.

Body: Mahogany body. Finish: Non-original re-finish shows moderate wear all over the body and the neck, lots of small dents and scratches.

Hardware/electronics: Period correct, possibly Original P90 pickup and tuners, non original bridge and pots.

• refret - okay job, jumbo fret wire
• original strip tuners (or period correct replacements)
• tuner strips were removed and replaced with singles at some point
• minor fracture behind nut, stable or has been stabilized
• truss rod works fine
• neck is straight and true
• full refin, off-colour and not the best quality
• poorly refinished headstock face but original decals saved
• possible neck reset with heel repair touchup
• replaced bridge, very light aircraft aluminum, good quality with adjustable saddles long stud posts and inserts
• original strap buttons
• inserts recessed to allow lower bridge adjusment
• P90 pickup is period correct (sounds fantastic) but replaced and reinstalled at some point
• pots, ground wire and output lead replaced
• original bumble-bee cap
• knobs original
• output jack likely original (unable to fully extract)
• pickup resistance: 7.61k
• weight: 8lbs 50z
• electronics function okay
• instrument plays and sounds great
