Aria Pro II TSB-500 80's Japan Vintage

This is a used item.

I took it apart completely and cleaned it as much as I could, even down to the last screw, before listing it.

The neck is slightly warped.

The rod is close to its limit of tightening.

The frets are about 5-7 parts full.

The volume, tone and coil tap controls are all fine, but since I took the time to take it apart, I cleaned them with a contact cleaner.

The strings are new D'Addario flatwounds, but the ball end of the 4th string came off while tuning (defective?), so I modified the end of the string and attached it. (The bridge is unmodified.)

There is no fraying of the wound strings, so it is playable.

If you are concerned about it, please replace it.

There are some small scratches and dents, but considering that it was manufactured in the early 1980s, I think it is in pretty good condition.

It has a thick sound when used as a humbucker, and a straightforward sound with a core even when used as a single coil with coil tap.

The tone control also works well.

Although it was manufactured over 40 years ago, it is very carefully made and the quality is high.

Although it is not shown in the image, a soft case will be included. (Think of it as a bonus.)

The end pin will be returned to the original.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping from Tokyo. For goods with hard cases we usually pack hard case and contents by cushioning material (usually bubble wrap). There has never been a problem with that shipping method so far. However, if you want a hard case to be included in cardboard, I can ship by that method if you pay additional $10. This applies only to products that originally have hard case.

Items are generally shipped on Mondays and Fridays. For safety reasons, items that can be removed from the body and neck will be shipped with the body and neck removed.

We usually ship with a tracking number.

*We can not use EMS(Japan Post) service for some countries in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Tajikistan etc.) If your shipping address is in these areas, please contact us before bidding.
