A large bore Bb Tenor Helicon/Ovular Euphonium serial number N1431 (takes American large shank mouthpiece).
It is an old horn with some intonatuon issues in the low concert Bb area but plays acceptably above that register (any decent player can lip the notes up/down for better intonation or bring it to a shopto get the kinks sorted out).
The horn comes with the gig bag in the third photo.
